Interesting fermentation bubbles

This is my Bochet, five pounds of honey boiled down to hard crack dark caramelized stage, blended with five more pounds of honey and water to the 4 gallon mark. My past experience with wine and mead show very little krausen of course, but I guess with the stickyness of the honey the surface tension is huge, causing these babies.
