"Insulated Keg"?

There is a local CL listing for a "Insulated Keg".

Would that be one of the rubber coated kegs? I wonder if it would make a good HLT or MLT?

I think Brouwerie Kabootydoody (sorry.... I can never spell that one) helped a friend build a system using those black rubber coated kegs and said that they worked well.
