I currently have a dual body regulator hooked to my tank and wanted to add 2 more lines so I can 4 beers on gas. I bought the 2 way co2 splitters from keg cowboy, but I not sure of the best way to install them.

I am able to get tubing on the 2 barbed ends, but I am not sure of the best way to connect the top to the regulator since tubing will not fit over the threaded opening. Should this be screwed in the regulator some how or should i just get another barbed end and connect tubing to that?

It should thread into your regulator. Be sure to use teflon tape. Did you buy 2 of those splitters?

I bought the same one. I put a barb on the inlet side too.
Then cut the line in where I need it and ran 2 new ones to the tower.
