I bought a new 10 gallon boil kettle but I need to install a valve in the kettle to use my counter flow chiller. Any tips or videos on the best way to do this? I definitely do not want to permanently screw up my boil kettle by doing something stupid so any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. I have a punch set to help do this but since I have never used it I want to be sure I have as much information as possible before I try it.

Bobby from brewhardware.com did a series on building up a kettle, including all of the more commonly used fittings. This is part 1 of 3, the rest are linked in the sidebar...

Thanks this helps a lot and takes the guess work out of it.
