posting this in the Kegging forum as I'm sure it will require some custom fittings etc.
I have one of my 5 taps in my kegerator dedicated to sparkling mineral water
I have a mineral blend that I like, that I mix up in 5 gallon batches. The whole family enjoys which is great; the only problem is I'm getting tired of the routine of wasting 5 gallons of C02 @ 40 psi every time I open the keg to mix a new batch
I'm seen some "continuous carbonator" setup connected to the house waterline, but I don't see a way to dose the powdered mineral salts inline
Can anyone think of a way to hookup the house waterline to refill the keg, while blending in the appropriate blend of salts?
