The other day I went to check on my keezer and noticed that the controller was stuck like this:

The weird thing is that at first it would eventually go back to the "main screen" (showing the temp) and would switch between hot and cold no issue, however now it just stays stuck on this in either heat or cool mode until it gets unplugged. This sometimes has my keezer getting down to well below zero (like -10 C) and sometimes approaching room temperature. It was set up for about three weeks doing a lager changing temperature no problem and has had this brew in it for about an extra week and bit on top of that.

My main issue is that Inkbird customer service just sent me a new one, but it will only arrive on Tuesday. They didn't tell me what was wrong or anything, and the screen looks like the second function (the differential) but isn't flashing like in setting mode. Anything I can do (other than unplugging and plugging the keezer back in every hour) to help maintain temp in my keezer so the beer doesn't get too warm or too cold for the next few days?

For reference, here is my wiring diagram, one plug is for cooling (the freezer plugged into it) and one is for always on that is currently unsused:
