It appears Inkbird has released a new prewired temp controller. Does anyone see anything wrong with using something like this vs a STC1000 and make it DIY?

would love to know this as well. Just saw the same product and its half the cost of the Johnson or Ranco units....

Mine works just fine. It's a terrific value at $35 or so.
