So when I put my first keg in kegerator, I pressure it up to 30 for 3 days, then lowered it to 9 or so, pours great.

Now though I have second keg to add and not sure how to go about it.

Do I turn off the gas going into first keg while second one is getting 30 psi?

Or just pressure it up to 30, then go back to 9 as with first keg so not to over pressure it?

I have a 4 tap unit with a manifold for each tap

I set and forget (set the pressure to 8-9 psi and leave it alone for 2 weeks). No issues that way with adding more kegs. However, I don't see why disconnecting your carbed keg while setting your second to 30 wouldn't work.

Cheers

Taking a keg off gas for a day or 2 or longer wont hurt at all. You should have enough psi in there to serve a few beers while the other keg carbs up.

Yeah just shut the gas off to the one keg. If you pour more than a few beers, hit it with gas for a few seconds.
