OK, the ingredients guide was accidentally eradicated during a battle with Aliens from the planet ZoZ. The invasion was beat back but unfortunately the guide was destroyed. Damn Aliens!

So.. I need help rebuilding it. Please post any helpful links.

BrewersSupplyGroup.com (a division of Rahr) has lots of information about hop types, hop substitutions, malt types, yeast, crop outlooks etc. fun to look at all the info. they put out for the craft market.

I've been having a helluva time finding up to date info on potential extract for specific grains. Is it impossible to find, for instance, up-to-date info on GW Pale Ale malt? All I can find is from 2005 and the math works out to PPG of 35, although MoreBeer tells me it's 38...
