So I am thinking of buying a case of st. bernardus abt 12 because I am absolutely crazy about it and I can get a good deal on a case. I was thinking of buying a case and laying it down for a few years. I was just wondering what the general opinion is on laying down something like this. The alcohol content is 10.5 and we are talking about a Belgian Quad. I just want to have something to break out at special occasions over the next couple of years. Thanks for the advice.
