After 3 weeks in primary with 1 week at a steady fg of 1.012, I decided to cold crash yesterday afternoon, and I woke up to this. Looks like an oil slick to the right, and possibly some form of infection (was not there before I stuck it in the fridge). So is it an infection? And if so, what should I do? It still smells great, but I havent gotten a chance to taste it yet. My only other thought is that it could be bubbles and hop oil from dry hopping re-surfacing from moving the bucket around.
