infection or just leftover krausen?

kegged my SN Torpedo clone last night. When I removed the fermenter lid to remove the dry hop sack I notice some strange stuff floating on top...this was right after cold crashing for 2-3 days. two pics are the stuff floating in the fermenter while the keg is being filled. The other is the hop sock that I pulled out and dropped in a large pot. The hop sock is just a sterilized woman's stocking with a ping pong ball so it floats on top for easy removal.
