Infection in my starter, or yeast rafts?

I've never had these in a starter before, so I don't want to pitch this yeast if it's infected. What say you HBT, infection or yeast?

Looks okay to me. In fact, I see something exactly like that in my (non-infected) IPA that's still in the fermenter. Little globs of trub that goat around with a co2 bubble.

If it smells okay, I bet it's fine.
