What is your opinion on induction brewing? I am unfortunately in military barracks and (being single can't get out of them yet) but have had my eyes opened to GOOOOOOD beer living in Germany. I have truly been inspired and want to brew when I get back for a hobby and to bring good beer with me. My question is, I want to start with a 10 gallon setup (I know me and I will get the 5 gallon and then a month later spend the money to get the 10 gallon so I am just starting with the 10) but not sure about my future housing/electrical/gas availability. So, in a 10 gallon kettle setup, would induction be feasible, sustainable and efficient versus propane and why or why not? Thanks as I am answering all my questions before I get invested and started in this adventure.

My first question is.. Will they allow you to brew beer in the barracks?
Last I knew is that the production of alcohol was frown upon.
