Anyone know of an portable induction cooktop that can handle a 7-10G SS 11" diameter pot? I"m looking to be able to boil a max of 6.5G of wort/water. I saw a recent article and it sounds interesting. However, an 1800Watt cooktop seems like it would not do it. I've even looked at some 220V units and they seem to be about the same as the 110v units.
