Was wondering if anyone has done induction brewing with stout 20 gallon kettles?

I would not think so. Comes with a dished bottom right?

Just seems logical to go with induction instead of a whole electric setup.

Doesn't pass the magnet test, but I've seen you can buy a plate for that just don't know how quick to get to boils?

There is a lot of good information on this thread. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=301722 Maybe you can find some good info there. I know there is discussion about the plates. I just got mine up and going this week, but I bought a kettle specifically to use with it. I am very happy with the set up....
