Inconsistent pours from Kegerator

I will get a perfect pour on my HB stout from the Kegerator with good carbonation then the next one will have the head dissipating fast and be flat. Anybody ran into this or have any suggestions?
 
Maybe your first pour is a tad warmer so its has a tad more foam compared to your next pour. Mine is same way . If I pour back to back the 2nd one doesnt have the same size head .
