I'm going to be making an Imp. Wit. with WLP400. Grain bill is 7# pale 2row, 5.5# wheat (1/2 red, 1/2 white), 1# rice hulls, and 3.3# wheat LME (I only have a 7.5G MT). Anyone have suggestions on a water profile from Bru'n Water? The only wheat I see on there is Hoegarden, and that seems to have a lot of SO4. I was considering Hoegarden boiled, but dropping the Ca and Cl seems like it will only increase the bitterness.

Thanks in advance.
