Hello all...

I'm going to try my hand on making an Imperial style Brown Ale that has a higher then normal Hop character. I've been playing around with this recipe and would love any input and guidance.

Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 10.00 gal
Boil Size: 12.00 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
End of Boil Vol: 9.75 gal
Final Bottling Vol: 9.50 gal
Target OG: 1.084
Target ABV: 7.8%
Target IBU: 82.6
SRM: 32.8

24 lbs - Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) 67.9 %
4 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) 14.3 %
3 lbs - Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) 10.7 %
2 lbs - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) 7.1 %

2.00 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - First Wort
2.00 oz - Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min 18.5 IBUs
1.00 oz - Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min 4.6 IBUs
1.00 oz - Simcoe [13.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min 7.9 IBUs
2.00 oz - Simcoe [13.00 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days
