Well I have done a thing, because things are what I do apparently. Truth be told I was presented a challenge from a guy at work.

Triple Black IPL (BIAB)
18# Pilsner
6# Aromatic Malt
2# Midnight Wheat
1# Vienna
mash 1hr at 152f.

The Hops
1oz Cascade at 60
3oz liberty at 5
will dry hop with 2oz Mt.Hood for planned 5 days after lagering.

60 min boil. 10 gallon mash ended 6 gal. in fermenter.

SG 1.102
Yeast
2 packets OYL 101 (old yeasties)
1 packet WLP840

This one is wild and hope it doesn't end in failure.

I think your falling very short on the yeast needed for a lager, I would think you need upwards of a healthy 6-8 billion cells pitch. Other than that a dryhop variety, i think it looks good

Yeah agreed on needing more yeast. When I do my doppelbock with an OG of ~1.090 (5 gallons) I max out my 5L flask for the starter.

As long as it’s still churning, no. You can pitch again

Unless you JUST pitched it, you can probably get by with letting it ride.
If it was pitched more than a day or two ago, the yeast have replicated themselves to the right(ish|) numbers to do their thing.
It may not be the ideal for the brew, but you'll end up with beer.
But yeah, if you just pitched, then go ahead and add more.

Does sound like an interesting brew, though...
