Picked up some magnum hops and just to get free shipping I casually added some grains to the cart. Biscuit malt, cherrywood smoked, and pale ale.

I was intrigued by the specialties but have no clue what to do with them. I got 5lbs each. I figured I might try and mix both with the pale ale at no more than 10-15% each. No particular style and yeast would be either S04/S05.

Brewfather says this is closest match to Belgian Pale Ale (87%) followed by Amber Kellerbier (86%)

1lb 13oz Biscuit

I'll call it Cherry Biscuit Pale Ale? Maybe throw some cherry pop-tarts in there like some of the folks on youtube chunking all sorta stuff.
