I have a batch or hard lemonade that will be ready to bottle soon. I will be carbonating and I want to sweeten it up a bit before bottling. Any suggestions for non-fermentable sweeteners. I would like to stay away from Equal, splenda, etc. Was thinking about stevia or lactose. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks

I like the organic liquid stevia that I'm getting from South America. It's brand name is Kaa-Dul. A friend of mine orders it, and I bought a bottle from him, so I don't have a link to the website. It can take 2-3 weeks to get through customs, but it's worth it.

To me it's the only one doesn't have a funny aftertaste. I'm planning to use it to back sweeten a few things.

If you're interested I can round up the link in a day or two.
