I have a little battery powered wine bottle thermometer collar that gives the temperature of a bottle. I thought maybe if I can hack it and run a wire down the tap tower I can have a nice little external temp monitor on the tower. Thoughts? Pics attached, although I need some advice on whether you think it will work and what needs to be done!
