just brewed an all grain 3 days ago and was thinking about dry hopping some pumkin or something so it has some zinggggg,

I need some ideas. it was a blonde ale. i used cascade and willamete hops.

Not sure "dry-hopping" spices is an appropriate term, but I digress:cross:... When I made my pumpkin ale, I added a teaspoon and a half of pumpkin pie spice mixed with cinnamon. Turned out really well.

A year ago I decided to do a 'Winter Spice'. Added 1 tablespoon mulling spices(cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves) to secondary. Base was a German Dark extract plus steeping . TOO MUCH! Now after a year it's tamed down to the point where it's drinkable, but it's still not enjoyable to me(although others have liked it). So, my vote is use more like the 1.5 teaspoon as twistr25 did.
