I am looking to brew an imperial stout and wanted to add some spiciness to it. I want to feel the spice on the tongue rather than the back of the throat. I have read posts about getting the spicy sensation on the back of the throat, but I want the tongue to tingle, not the throat to burn. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
