I just started a batch of blond ale and didn't open a beer to drink. I had the grains at 148deg. before I opened the Brooklyn Lager. Will my beer be okay?

All kidding aside,

1/2# crystal, rolling pin (grey goose bottle) crushed, soaked at 148 for 30 minutes. Sparged into ~1/2 gallon of water, somewhere around 170 (boiled and cooled.) That got added to the wort. (ended up with about 2 3/4gal at the end of the boil)

2#10oz extra light DME
1 oz Kent Goldings for 60 minutes.

4# ex. light DME at flameout.

Pitched WPL 001.

Og (not at temp) was 1.065. (I'll go take a sample with my aquarium refractometer and see where it is..) Which I think is a bit high for a blond ale. Color is a nice light brown.
We'll see in a week!
