Oh man, I went out of town to see a few old friends. They had been telling me they tried to make some beer and how bad it was. Well they used a Mr. beer kit. lots of sugar and bottled in mason Jars. I was a little scared to drink it. Tasted like wet rubber bands. I cant believe the jars have not exploded the lids are creased from the pressure. So is this what you would consider hooch?

No, I tried to get them to do some apfelwine but they said they did not want to wait that long. Im just glad I can still see. I don't think they even sanitized anything, just washed stuff off. I can't believe their is no mold.
