Made my first cider this week. I based the recipe on Freezeblade's Graham's English Cider.

4.5g Apple Cider (the cloudy expensive stuff)
1 lb. clove honey
4 tbsp. lime juice
3 lg. tea bags
3 cups RO
5 tsp. DAP & 1 tsp. Fermaid K
Wyeast 1318 London Ale III

I heated the 3 cups of RO & lime juice to boiling in the microwave then steeped the tea bags for 10 min. This was added to juice already in the carboy.

After 24 hrs. there was blowoff (see below pic).
