I'm a 5-6 gallon BIAB fiend. I was just gifted 4 oz of some Denali hops from a buddy and would love to know what you guys think I should pair them with.
I need a good recipe for these 4oz of Denali hops a friend just gave me...

I didn't do a SMaSH but only used Denali in a pale ale recently to see what they are about. I still can't put my finger on it but I'm not getting pineapple but I do like them. I have some left and I think I would like to try them with Chinook or Columbus.
I read up on what others have used with Denali and as expected, it was all over the place but a number of people said they liked it with Ctira and/or Mosaic.
