I forgot the beer lines were filled with SanStar for 3 weeks. I just tried the keg (3 weeks of CO2 at 12 PSI and 39 F). Caramel Belgian Wit Ale.
It has a weird taste, slightly tingly or metallic, but nothing like what overcarbing tastes like. Poured 2 glasses out, I am drinking the 3rd pint.
Then again, I've never tasted a Caramel Wit Ale.
Any ideas???
