Made a batch of APA on Memorial Day. Tuesday there was no action in the airlock. Usually by the next morning of making beer I have action on my airlock. Wednesday I thought for sure I would have some action. I checked all my notes could not find anything I did wrong. Thursday I thought for sure I would have action in the airlock, after all it has never taken this long. Friday it finally came, those gurgling bubbles of joy. I was making beer. SWMBO told me to not worry, listen to HBT forum and she was right. SWMBO did give me a little action before Friday.
