Yes, I have 7lbs of hops on hand. 19 different varieties. I want to try different styles (in hung up on ips'a at the moment). Time to brew some bitters, mild's, and what not. If only I could get some bulk grains it would be on! I do try to keep a small amount of various grains on hand, so I can brew whatever I want.

If anyone has a favorite recipe for any of the hops that are of the non pale ale or ipa variety, i'm interested.:mug:

Do you like stouts?

Yup, there more of a fall/winter beer for me, but I do like em.
Also, my water won't really support a good stout, so i'm trying to learn about water additives right now, but i'll take a recipe.;)

I have a rye stout recipe in my avatar pull down, it uses between 2.5 oz and 3 oz of hops. I have made it three times and the last time I added cascades for an aroma addition and really loved the little bit of citrus it gave to the crisp bite of the rye.
