When I did extract brewing I usually did one of the pre packaged kits but thanks to someone at my HBC I got a container of Breiss Sparkling Amber and Golden Light for free. Any thoughts on what I should brew?

We have a winner!! :rockin: I have never had this beer and they do not distribute to CO ( that I know of) but I always hear great things about their brews I am going to do it this week. I have all the ingredients. I will make certain to send you a bottle or 2 when it is done.

Did you do a late extract addition or boil it all for 60 min?

If its a full boil, then boil extract entire time.

If you are doing a half boil, I would boil half the extract for the entire time and add the other half in the last 10 min. This way the bittering hops are being added to wort at ~the SG (instead of 2x concentrated wort) and therefor the hops additions don't need to be increased.

LOVE This BEER! Working on my first 6pack. Just Awesome Stuff! Glad I ordered a centennial rhizome this year!

Do you have other brewing specs? OG & target FG?
Would like to tweak this out to a partial mash

I came up with 67 IBU doing a 3.5Gal boil for a 5.5 gal batch using that hop schedule.
