First off, yes I'm retarded for not bottling this earlier. My beer has been sitting in the carboy for about 10 weeks. Its a Dogfish Head IPA.

Will it still be ok to bottle or should I dump it and make a new batch? I know I will lose alot of the hoppy flavor.

Hopefully I don't do this again :drunk:

I wouldn't worry and would definitely not toss it! I don't even know that you will lose a lot of the hop nose (you may lose some; but how much, I don't know). Bottle or keg as usual and I would be you it's great. Cheers.

I have read via this forum that some people have let their beers go for 3-5 months in the primary with no strong adverse effects. As long as things were well cleaned and sanitized you should have no problem. I once let an APA go for 12 weeks and it turned out fantastic.

dude thats gonna be horrible in fact its ruined. Look why don't you bottle it up and send all that fail to me I'll give it a proper burial:rockin:;)

if you're worried about having lost hoppiness, why not dry hop it while you still can?

+1 to the dry hop - it's an IPA - it needs a good hop nose -
The beer portion will be fine, and you can touch up the hopiness with a dry hop for a week prior to bottling/kegging.

this is all assuming it hadn't been dry-hopped and has been sitting on hops for 10 weeks....

DFH clone without a dry-hop would be a silly beer

UPDATE ON THE BEER.....

I finally got to bottling the beer last Monday and I chilled my first bottle tonight to see what it tastes like. Even though it was still flat which I expected it has a great flavor. I can't wait to see what it tasted like in a couple weeks when it's fully carbed.

I didn't dry hop it mainly because I didn't have any hops around. It still has a strong hop taste to it which I love.
