I finally joined

After trolling the boards for a while, I finally joined. I brewed for a little while over five years ago in my 3rd floor apartment however my wife(gf at the time) wanted me to stop since she didn't like the smell. Fast forward a few years and I'm back at it. She was in Dallas for work and I decided she can't complain about the smell if she's not around....................Well she still did, so now I'm in the middle of building a stand to brew outdoors. Also, got a temp. control unit from ebay coming for my fermentation chamber build.

I love the smell of mashing grains in the morning....smells a lot better than anything my wife produces in the morning.
