I am in the midst of my second batch ever (a True Brew kit). I realized too late that I'd added the yeast at 100 degrees, not 90. It has now been in the fermenter for the prescribed days (7) and my spec. grav is 1.018 (temp adjusted) and I should be at 1.012 max. Is there anything I can do to save it? Be patient? Add more yeast?
