I' m Tanzanian, my opaque beer (Chibuku) brewed by Red Sorghum and Sifted maize and Straight maize and also I'm using brewer's yeast for making alcohol and the brix of my beer is 10.5 but I didn't get good alcohol in specific time and foam I don't get it What can I do? But after adding more brewer's yeast I got alcohol now the biggest issue remain in foam. So which material or ingredients can I use to get foam.
Help me soon before my beer to be throughout in market.
