Hey everyone!
I would like to brew this recipe next weekend, but I'd like some feedback. A bit of a backstory: I'm a chess player, and the hypermodern school of chess changed the course of the game in the late 19th century. In honor of that (and the fact that there are 64 squares on a chess board) I am brewing this beer with an estimate OG of 1.064, a color of 6.4, an IBU count of 64(.5), and an estimated ABV of 6.4%. Additionally, 2 out of my 3 hop selections have been released recently (and I heard Horizon gives a nice balanced bittering) and I'm using a mix of wheat and pale malts. So please, feedback is welcome!
