I am making a muntons wheat from can and 3 lbs of dried wheat extract. My batch has been fermenting for 3 days. I just took a reading and it is at
1.030. Does this seem about right? I tasted it also and seems to have a good flavor. It still has an inch or two of foam on top.
 
dude....patience!

wait 5 more days. take a reading. then take another reading 2 days later. if the readings are the same it's done. transfer to secondary (if you secondary), or leave in primary for another two weeks and then bottle.
