For a wedding present my brother gave me ingrediants for what i think will be a very nice IPA. Pretty good present as the misses gets all the plates and bowls and i get a pricey hopped brew!

Heres the schedule the shop gave him...

1oz Magnum @ 60min
1oz Centennial @ 10min
1oz Amarillo @ 5min
1oz Amarillo @ 0min

seems pretty good, but i was thinking i may want to move some of them earlier for flavor...

It also dosn't call for a dry hop but i do have Cascades and Summits available if i feel like dry hopping...

What do you think about that schedule?

I would stick with your late aroma hopping @ 10 minutes and lower.
Definately dry hop, with say amarillo and centenial, 3/4 oz each.

What is your IBU to OG ratio? get it to 1:1 or hoppier

+1. I like your original plan, and the only improvement I can think of would be dry-hopping.

+1 I like the original schedule as well.

Maybe its just me, but I don't think hop additions at 30 mins do much of anything. Not much bitterness or flavor/aroma. All my hop additions are either at 60 mins for bittering, or 15 minutes and less for flavor/aroma. But that's just me. YMMV.
