I was away from brewing for over 20 yrs. it's great to be back.
Been reading lots of threads here and I'm very impressed with how knowledgeable everyone is. I learned about Voss Kveik Yeast and decided to give it a try since most my house stays really hot. So 3 days ago I brewed a 1.6 gallon sample batch with LME and Centennial Hops the OG was 1.076 so I'm thinking the FG may end up around 1.018 assuming 77% attenuation, we'll soon know looks like fermentation is almost complete.
