I'm a new brewer, just started brewing 2 months ago, wife got me a Mr. Beer kit and completed 4 extract kits> I then went to my LHBS and got a 5 gal. kit and split into 2 LBK's. It's a Vienna Lager so I just started to lower the temp to lager and have about 4 weeks to go before I bottle. Looking forward to the many beers that can be made and trying to come up with my own beer.
