I've moved from an 8 gallon kettle to a 15 gallon kettle. Will this affect my recipe? If so, how?..... I've already picked up my grains so I have to go with the original recipe either way.

Assuming the ONLY thing that's changed is the kettle, and you still collect the same volume of runnings, I would expect a possible change in the boiloff rate and possibly the boil strength. Only way to know how much is to try it, and the adjust your recipes from there. It may make no difference at all, or it may be pretty substantial.

Edit: Just noticed this was in the BIAB thread. So runnings may not be the right term. But the point is, if you're starting with the same preboil volume, however it is you get there.
