I've read a few post about using gelatin as a clearing agent if you for got to use Irish Moss in the boil; Exactly when & how would I go about doing it?
If you're not using a secondary, add gelatin, stir gently, then let it rest for 5 hours.
Then add priming sugar (boiled in water) to bottling bucket, rack beer on top of that, and bottle as normal.
Personally, I find Irish Moss to be much easier to use. Add in with 15 minutes left in the boil, then forget about it. That's just my opinion though.
