I bought an extract kit from AHB and it came with liquid yeast and vacuum sealed hops.

How should I store them if I'm not going to brew for a week or two?

BTW I did try a search, but without much success.

Thanks

Personally I keep the yeast and the hops in the fridge, if I'm going to be keeping the hops for more than a month it goes into the freezer.

Also, let the hops defrost on the counter for a day or two before brewing and let the yeast come up to room temperature as well.

I asked this question a few months ago of Austin Homebrew Supply and they suggested any grains and hops in the fridge, while all yeast, extract or other sugars could go in the fridge.

Grain and hops in the fridge? or freezer?
