I've had a few comments from judges that my ciders have to much astringency. Any idea how or where it comes from?
Wayneh Well-Known Member Joined Oct 15, 2011 Messages 120 Reaction score 2 Oct 6, 2013 #2 One thing could be the yeast your using. Make sure your not using a dry wine yeast or to much of it. Other things can be the tannins found in fruit. Peace
