well assuming by "percent of your beer" you mean alcohol percentage. you need to know your OG and FG. if you didn't measure either of these then there is no accurate way to calculate your ABV. best we can do is make an educated guess. what was your recipe?

and how do i do all that?

On brewday, you take the OG right before you pitch the yeast. Write that down on the recipe sheet.

On bottling day, take the FG right before adding priming sugar. Write that down, too, for reference.

Then, use this formula: (OG-FG) x 131= ABV

So, if you started with a gravity of 1.050 (for example) and finished at 1.010, then you'd have 5.24% ABV.

(1.050 -1.010) x 131=
.040 x 131 = 5.24
