how to harvest yeast from primary

I want to harvest the yeast from my current brew which is in primary. I have read about how to do this but am unsure if I grasp the concept. Do you just take the grub from the bottom after racking to the bottling bucket and wash to obtain the yeast? Is there any instructional videos out there that would be recommended? I learn much more visually. The doctors said something about ADHD when I was a kid but I wasn't really paying attention.....
