How to get syrup from a BIB into 5 gallon corny keg?

If I buy a BIB what is needed to get the syrup into the keg? I have a BIB, connector, hosing, and then what would I need?

Assuming I can mix the syrup and water at a 5:1 ratio in the keg and carbonate it. Will that work? I'm experimenting, trying to get a soda hookup for the kids added to the kegerator.

You just need to be able to pour out & measure from the BIB to get the syrup into the keg. Then add water & CO2
