How to get a higher ABV?

So theres my recipe and im just wondering how do i get an ABV higher using all grain?

You could always add corn sugar or honey for more alcohol.

It will be very potent after you add half a bottle of everclear.


I can't see the recipe either, but either more base grains, add some table/brown sugar/honey, or DME would up your ABV.

If you want us to see the recipe, please log on to Brewers Friend and change the recipe from private to public.

First make good beer. Then you can make good, stronger beers if you want. Otherwise, simply chasing ABV is a futile exercise that produces crappy beer with a kick.

You probably know this already, but the higher the ABV, the longer it has to sit and age to become drinkable and less rocket fuel-y.

Most people worried about abv don't care about trivial things like taste, upset stomachs, or headaches.
